Well, here I am with terrible news - my camera has died. Kaplooey, kaput. The good news is I am shopping for a new and better one :-). If you have any suggestions, please leave them for me. I am still in the information-gathering stage.
As a result, I obviously don't have many pictures to post :(.
Hope no one suffers from withdrawal (I am.)
But I used Caitlyn's camera to take a couple of a partnering class she is taking. I have to say, using her camera makes me appreciate mine more. None of the pictures really turned out well, but I'm posting a few anyway, so I can brag about them.
Caitlyn is getting to take a partnering class at dance and she really likes it. The boy she usually partners with is so good (and strong :-), so it works out well.
This last week, they worked on a move where the girl laid on her back over the guy's shoulder. it was a little nerve-racking, a I could just imagine her keeping on going all the way to the floor, but they handled it without any problems.
If you saw Caspian, this is the lift the older boy and girl did at the very end, back at the train station. (I'm sure you all remember. It is the focus of our lives, surely it is yours, too ;-)

We went to field day not long ago. It is so fun and really well organized. Caitlyn's favorite race was hopping on one foot, Keegan's was running, and Kelsey liked everything. Kelsey graduated this year to being on a team by herself, without needing one of her sisters. Go Kelse! My favorite to watch is still run across the gym, spin with a bat on your head several times, then run back. It's hilarious.
Keegan got accepted into a drama program at a nearby college. She is pumped and I am so happy for her. It is run by the incredible lady who directed Wizard of Oz, so I know it will be super. They'll meet once a week next school year.
Soccer is moving right along. Only 3 games left, then a tournament. Keegan and Kelsey have improved all season. We were blessed with really good coaches.
Dance is almost done for the year (!!!!!). Just a little more than a week until the year-end recital. Hard to believe.
I'm planning to slow things down quite a bit for the summer. I'm thinking a lot of reading, swimming, and staying at home. I'll let you know how I do with that.
Last but not least, a couple of quotes -
Keegan, at a play, "That sound is the curtains opening. I recognize it because I have been on stage a lot."
lol
Kelsey, so shocked and dramatic, as her men got jumped, playing checkers, "This can't be happening!"
